When I needed an eye-catching photo for my book cover, Brenda was the obvious choice. The idea of a cover shot was more than a little intimidating, but I trusted Brenda to guide me—and am so glad I did! The image we eventually chose was perfectly timed. It is definitely me—but it’s me at a peak “Why can’t I look like this EVery day?!” moment. We were originally supposed to go to the Columbus Audubon but unfortunately there was an event going on that prevented that, luckily Brenda was ready for anything! So we headed down to the short north where we took advantage of the cool textures and colors on the buildings that surrounded us(-: I had a blast and not to mention got some great photos out of it! She is a one of a kind photographer and we enjoyed manny giggles. Would highly recommend checking her out!

Brenda did an amazing job photographing my new, 9 week old puppy. With all of the untrained, puppy energy just days after I brought her home, I was not sure how the photo shoot would go. However, I should have never had any doubts. Brenda was patient and creative and was able to get countless memorable shots. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly all of the pictures were ready for me to view, and fell in love with so many I don’t know how I’ll ever decide. We had a wonderful experience with my daughter’s senior pictures. Brenda Butler Kerns’ creativity in finding a variety of backdrops made the pictures that much better. She made us all feel comfortable and we laughed all afternoon. So happy with the pictures!

Brenda photographed our older daughter when she was a basketball cheerleader. What I noticed is how she “caught” her real expressions, excitement, sadness when we lost, every moment. I liked that because I felt that the pictures were so real!

When I saw that she was doing senior pictures I wanted her to do a shoot with our second child, Sheila Harris. When I saw the first pictures tonight I just wanted to cry. I love them . She truly captured her blue eyes, her dimple, her expressions. Lovely!! Sheila said it was so much fun and really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

We had Brenda take senior and family photos for us at the Franklin Park Conservatory (since it was the middle of winter). They are amazing. We have precious moments captured forever now.
