The “den” was full of wolves and cardinals on Saturday afternoon and evening. After an intense game, another basketball extravaganza is in the books. As a Columbus photographer, I recognize that having the gymnasium stands full of cheering students and fans makes for better photos. For the team I am sure it raises the intensity of their play even more. Not that we need any more reason to enjoy this exciting competition between these two rival community schools.
And it was hot! Not only were the stands full of Kilbourne Krazies in their beach apparel and blow up swimmies, but the evenly matched teams was making Coach Tom Souder sweat. With 3.5 seconds left in the game, the TWHS Cardinals pulled ahead to win 41-39. Great game Cards and Wolves!
